Dietitians

Your health is closely linked to food and nutrition. Dietitians provide evidence-based advice on the food and nutrition needed to promote good overall health and wellness. A good dietitian will also know and provide advice to people with a variety of illnesses and diseases who have specific food and nutritional requirements.

When Should You See A Dietitian?

Many factors may lead a person to seek advice on how changing their diet and nutrition could be of benefit. You may need to see a dietitian if you have:

     // Recently changed medications
     // Had a significant weight increase or loss
     // Been diagnosed or suffer from a chronic illness
     // Have previously had a poor diet or have trouble preparing food.
